At The Unread Chapter, every Blind Date With a Book bundle is thoughtfully curated and hand-wrapped with care. Because each book is selected at random to preserve the surprise experience, we cannot offer exchanges or returns based on book preference, genre preference, or duplicate titles.

However, your satisfaction matters deeply to us, and we want every package to arrive in perfect condition.

Damaged or Defective Items

If any item in your bundle arrives damaged, defective, or missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will happily provide a replacement for the damaged item(s) at no additional cost.

To help us process your claim quickly, please include:

• Your order number

• A photo of the damaged item(s)

• A brief description of the issue

Non-Returnable Items

Because books are chosen at random for the Blind Date experience, we are unable to replace or exchange books based on personal preference or duplicates in your personal library.
All Blind Date book purchases are final sale unless damaged during transit.
